Once you activate Free Trial or License Version of Barcode Label Printing in Tally module you will see new menu “Barcode Printing Module” on gateway of Tally.
In Barcode Label Setup you can define your own Label printing size and options to be printed on the barcode labels along with it’s customizable font sizes.
In Stock Item master you can define your Product Code that will be printed as a Barcode or QR Code. You can also define your Brand Name that will be printed on the label.
You can also define your Brand Name under Stock Group, so that Brand Name for all the stock item falling under this stock group will be printed on label.
You can also define your Brand Name under Stock Category, so that Brand Name for all the stock item falling under this stock category will be printed on label.
Once you are done with above steps, you are now ready to print your barcode labels.
Select product for which barcode to be printed, mention QTY to be printed on the label, Select Batch Number to be printed if available follwed by Mfg Date, Exp date.
Choose type of label to be printed i.e. Barcode Label or QR Code Label
Choose the barcode label printer on which labels to be printed.

While printing labels you can define number of barcode labels to be printed by pressing F5: No of Copies button. So based on the number of copies you have mentioned barcode labels will be printed.
While selecting printer, you have to choose the Barcode label supported printer and Barcode Label size correctly.
This option will vary depending upon Barcode printer you are using and label size.

How will I get License Key for TCP activation?

How can I use same TCP & License Key in multiple companies?
By default our TDL License key is permissible to use for one company only but if you have multiple companies running on the same Tally serial number then you may request for license extension request by reverting to the same purchase email.
You can even re-use or migrate the same license key by De-Activating the same key.
How much time it will take to receive the TDL after payment?
You will receive TDL instantly along with Activation License Key in your email ID as well as the same will be found under your Account section.Â
