Refund Policy
We always recommend our users to check free trail of our modules before purchase to make sure it is working properly in your Tally and fits to your requirements. However refunds can be issued in following scenarios within 3 – 5 working days of purchase;
- Customer purchased duplicated TDL add-on
- TDL add-on is not working
- TDL add-on is not getting activated
- TDL add-on is not compatible with your Tally version
- Duplicate payment have been deducted
- We are unable to provide post-sale support
To request a refund, please email us at [info@tdlstore.in] with your order number and copy of Tax Invoice and a brief description of why you are requesting a refund. We will review your request and respond to you within 1-2 business days.
Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
