Follow the steps below to Send Messages from Tally to WhatsApp

  1. Download the Tally to WhatsApp TCP from here (Trial or Paid Version)
  2. Copy the downloaded TCP file in your TallyPrime folder
  3. Open a Company in TallyPrime > Press F1: Help > TDLs & Add-ons > Press F4: Manage Local TDLs and select the TCP file to load
  4. Press F6: add-on features and enable the Tally to WhatsApp module
  5. On gateway of Tally you will find a new option as “Tally to WhatsApp”
  6. Go to WhatsApp Settings and enter your unique WhatsApp API Instance ID and Token
  7. Update your customers and suppliers mobile number with country code prefix, 91 for India
  8. All done! You will now find a new button to send WhatsApp messages on all vouchers, outstanding reports and ledgers

Most amazing thing about this Tally to WhatsApp Sender TDL is you don’t need to keep your WhatsApp open or don’t need to scan your WhatsApp every time you send the messages. It sends messages in the background via WhatsApp REST API route.

Click on the API Login & Signup button to create your WhatsApp CRM & API account

Go to API Access to generate your unique Token

Click on Add Instance to generate your unique QR code to scan and link with your WhatsApp account. Once your WhatsApp account is linked successfully you can copy your instance ID and paste in Tally’s WhatsApp settings.

In Sales voucher type Enable or Disable WhatsApp settings to include Order details and Closing balance in WhatsApp messages

Enter your customer mobile number followed by country code on which you wish to send the messages from Tally 

From Sales Register you can select multiple sales vouchers and send them over WhatsApp with a click of a button!

You can send customer ledger account or confirmation of account from Tally to WhatsApp

Yes, our add-ons works on both Tally Single User and Multi User depending upon your Tally Serial number and the price will remain same for both.

Can I use add-ons on multiple Tally licenses?

If you have multiple Tally licenses, you will have to purchase it separately

Will it work on multiple companies in same Tally?

Yes, all our TDL add-ons works with any of your companies running on the same Tally license.

If you have separate Tally licenses, you will have to purchase it separately. 

Will it impacts our Tally data?

No, these Tally add-ons are built securely on Tally definition language only, so it won’t impact your Tally data.

However we always recommend users to take Tally backup before using any customization.  

How will I get License Key for TCP activation?

License Key for your purchased TCP will be available immediately in the Email & Under My Account section on completion of your order & payment.

How can I use same TCP & License Key in multiple companies?

By default our TDL License key is permissible to use for one company only but if you have multiple companies running on the same Tally serial number then you may request for license extension request by reverting to the same purchase email.

You can even re-use or migrate the same license key by De-Activating the same key.

How much time it will take to receive the TDL after payment?

You will receive TDL instantly along with Activation License Key in your email ID as well as the same will be found under your Account section.
