1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the sale and purchase of the Tally TDL add-ons (the “Products”) from our online store (the “TDLStore.in”) developed by ATHARV IT SOLUTIONS, Thane, Maharashtra, India. By accessing and using the TDLStore.in, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use the TDLStore.in.

2. Sale of Tally Add-ons

(a) The Products listed on the TDLStore.in are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.

(b) The prices of the TDL add-ons listed on the TDLStore.in are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change the prices of the Products at any time.

(c) Payment for the Tally add-ons must be made at the time of purchase. Payment can be made through the online payment options provided on the site.

(d) Upon receipt of payment, you will get Tax Invoice and TDL download link instantly on the email ID provided by you. You may also access downloads and updates anytime by login to your account.

(e) The Tally add-ons are licensed for the Tally Serial number you have given at the time of purchase, not sold, to you for your personal and non-commercial use only. You may not sell, rent, lease, distribute or otherwise transfer the Tally add-ons to any third party.

(f) The Tally add-ons are provided “as is” as shown in the demo video and trial downloaded by you and without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our Tally add-ons will be error-free and we keep updating the same time to time.

3. Refunds and Returns

(a) We provide 7 days refund in case if our Tally add-ons do not as shown on the site, demo, video and free trial

4. Intellectual Property

(a) The Tally add-ons are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws applicable in India. All rights, title and interest in the TDLStore.in Tally add-ons are belong to ATHARV IT SOLUTIONS or our licensors.

(b) You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from our Tally add-ons without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

(a) We shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Tally add-ons.

(b) Our total liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Tally add-ons.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in Thane, Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction.

7. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Store after any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
